3) Each Teaching event which includes x4 teaching session begins minimally @ $1,000+ for local events Crowd size and distance does increase the fees. All checks will be written to: ChatwithGod.org Ministries, Inc. due at conference/retreat. Please give speaker a contact person to refer to for questions. Each teaching session is full of content and the full 45-60 minutes is required. Please do not cut short and start on time.

4) A prayer partner will be in attendance as a partner to the speaker. A private paid room with meals will be included. The arrival date is expected to be an early check in for speaker and partner and late check out.

5) Guest speaker will provide lap top computer. Retreat/Conference committee, please make sure that electrical cords, microphone, podium, lighting, and overhead computer projector is provided...etc.

6) As a courtesy to those attending the conference, please make sure water, snacks, pencils, and "Coffee with God" notebooks are provided, enclosed with lecture notes, small group discussion, worship songs, agenda, & journal. Ask attendees to bring Bibles. 7) The speaking fee does not include travel, room, meals, etc. for speaker and prayer partner. These expenses are the responsibility of the conference & retreat team. Please make sure room is pleasant and quiet and meals are healthy supplied with water, juice and coffee.
