Junior High and High School Comments about the Journal:

I never did thank for giving me 3 of your Chat With God Journals last December for our teen moms. THANK YOU! They are fabulous! I gave one away to one of our girls that was having some problems. I encouraged her to journal and ask God for guidance. The other two I was saving for our end of year gift to the teens. I am filling a sand bucket with "mommy essentials" for their gift. The prayer journal would be the perfect addition to our bucket. We had three girls come to Christ this Spring and will be starting a beginners bible study for them over the summer with our mentor mom. The prayer journals will be an awesome tool for them to use over the summer!

The reason I enjoy the prayer journal is because I can write out my thoughts to God.  Instead of praying, it’s like a diary of my troubles that I write to God about.  I also enjoy the part where you can explain God in the way that He is to me.  I feel thankful to whoever created this journal because it is really helping me in my life!

One thing I like about the prayer journal is that it helps me to pray more about God by ACTS.  The prayer journal helps me to confess my sins easily and it reminds me to confess my sins when I pray.  I think it will encourage more people to pray for other stuff besides what they want.

I like the prayer journal because it gives me time to think about God.  It helps me to become a stronger Christian.  I hope some of the prayer that I wrote down will be answered soon.  That is another thing; it helps me to get above and over my problems.  I really enjoy the prayer journal.

Some things that I like about the prayer journal are that you get to have some time alone with God and just speak to him quietly.  You don’t have to rush yourself and you are able to pour out your adoration, confessions, thanksgiving and supplication.  It gives you time to be with God and pray for other people’s needs.

I like the prayer journal for lots of reasons…Because when I think about Adoration, you think about how great God is and how God is everything…and I can confess my sins. In Thanksgiving, you thank God for everything.  Supplication…you ask God for healing or whatever you want.

I like the prayer journal because it gives you a chance to be with God by yourself.  It gives you a chance to confess to God…and it easily reminds you about prayer requests and how great God is.

I enjoy the prayer journal because it helps me to not forget to thank God and praise Him.  When I write it down…in asking God, I can look back and see how God answered me.  If you share with others what you are praying for, you can have others pray for you too.

I like the prayer journals very much.  It is nice to write down my prayers, confessions and traits about God.  These journals bring me closer to God.  Also, if I don’t want to pray about something out loud, then I can write it down and pray it to myself.  It is also fun to get into groups and pray and talk together.

I enjoy using the prayer journal because if I am prayer without ACTS, I tend to only ask for supplication, but not for adoration, confession, or thanksgiving.  Many of my prayers that  I have entered in the journal have been answered.  I also enjoy it because when I am praying regularly, I tend to forget things, but the prayer journal helps me remember everything.  Thank you for the prayer journal.

I like the prayer journals because when I work in them I think more about what I need forgiveness for.  Also, it makes me think of God and how great he is and how loving and powerful.  Some of my prayers have been answered that I wrote in my journal.  I like to write down what I need so then I can come back and thank God for what He has given to me.  This journal really brings me closer to God.  Sometimes I don’t like to pray out loud about some things so it is kind of nice to write it down.

I like the prayer journal and how I can talk to God in it.  The prayer journal gives me quiet time with God and that is what I need daily.  This journal also answers a lot of questions and prayers that I ask and pray for.  It strengthens my walk with God.

This prayer journal has made me realize what God is.  It has also made me think of how great God is and all that he has done for me.  Then in the prayer journal, it says to confess what I have done wrong…which makes me now that I need forgiveness.  It makes me want to ask for forgiveness and pray for others.  In conclusion, this journal is really good and really helpful because it is a real prayer.
